18th Century Fort Palace, nestled in Aravali Hills, has been restored as an
all suite luxury hotel comprising of 23 suites & 6 tents using local marble
& semi- precious stones. The interiors are done up in contemporary design
creating a new image of 21st Century India. Location :
Devi Garh is Located 28 kms North East of Udaipur city, off the Udaipur-Delhi highway. The approximate driving time from Udaipur airport is 45 minutes, a distance of 26 kms.
Accommodation :
The hotel consists of 23 suites which have been individually designed and styled. All the suites are more than 700 square feet in size, and include a separate sitting and dining area while some also have dressing rooms and balconies. The Devi Garh Suite along with a private Jacuzzi, shares a black marble swimming pool and pavilion with a palace Suite. The Aravali Suites offer breathtaking views of lush green fields and mountains from large bay windows. The palace Suites are embellished with semi precious stones that reflect the colours of Rajasthan. The Garden Suites have a private tented terrace overlooking a field of flowers. Six Shikhar tents are also available on request.
Dining :
The Devi Garh Restaurant combines fine Asian and Continental Cuisines. The emphasis of the menu lies on fresh produce with a home cooked flavour. Guests can also enjoy intimate evenings at the Devi Garh Bar where six small interconnected rooms are decorated with original frescos and exquisite glasswork. There is also the option of 24 hour private dining in the comfort of the suite.

Exquisite lake palace of Udaipur shimmering like jewels on lake Pichhola are overwhelming in splendor. Several palaces of interest around Udaipur, including the majestic Chittaurgarh the mountain fortress of Kumbhalgarh, beautiful Jain temples of Ranakpur, Eklingli and Nathdwara and the cool retreat of Mt. Abu make the visit to Udaipur a memorable one.
City Palace, a majestic architectural marvel towering over the lake on a hill surrounded by crenulated walls, it is a conglomeration of courtyards, pavilions, terraces corridors rooms and hanging gardens. The main entrance is through the triple arched gate. The Tripolia with eight marble porticos.
The maharanas were weighed under the gate in gold, the the equivalent amount of which was distributed among the populace. The Suraj Gokhada, the balcony of the sun, is where the Suryavansi maharanas of Mewar presented themselves to the people in time of trouble to restore their confidence. The "Mor Chowk' known for its exquisite peacock mosaics in glass and the Chini Chitrashala noted for its blue and white ceramics are another attraction in the palace.
